Payment Procedure

Authors are required to complete the publication fee payment of $50 USD after receiving the official manuscript acceptance notification. Payment instructions will be provided by the editorial office.

AUTHOR SUPPORT

APC Waiver Policy

BEAM Journal may provide full or partial APC waivers for authors who experience genuine financial hardship or have limited research funding.

How to Apply:
  • Submit a waiver request during manuscript submission.
  • Explain your financial circumstances in the Comments for the Editor field.
  • Each request will be evaluated individually.

Publication Process

Authors submit their manuscripts through the online journal system.

02. Editorial Review

The manuscript undergoes editorial assessment and peer review.

03. Acceptance Notification

Authors receive an official acceptance notification.

04. Publication Payment

Authors receive payment instructions from the editorial office.

Payment of publication fees does not influence the editorial decision or peer-review process. All manuscripts are assessed based on their academic quality, originality, relevance, and compliance with journal standards. Waiver decisions are also independent of editorial decisions.
