Manuscript Withdrawal Policy
Authors are expected to carefully consider their decision before submitting a manuscript to the journal. Once a manuscript has been submitted, authors are not permitted to withdraw it while it is undergoing the editorial and peer-review process, except for legitimate and justified reasons approved by the journal.
The withdrawal of a manuscript during the review process may result in a significant loss of time, effort, and resources invested by the editors, reviewers, and publisher in handling and evaluating the submission.
If an author requests to withdraw a manuscript after the review process has commenced, the author will be required to pay a withdrawal fee of USD 150 per manuscript to compensate for the editorial, peer-review, and administrative resources already expended by the journal.
The withdrawal request will only be processed after the applicable withdrawal fee has been paid in full and the withdrawal has been formally approved by the journal.
In cases where an author withdraws a manuscript without following the journal's withdrawal procedure or refuses to settle the applicable withdrawal fee, the journal reserves the right to take appropriate editorial action, including restricting future submissions from the author and/or their affiliated institution.
Authors are encouraged to carefully review this policy before submitting a manuscript.
