Author Guidlines

General Requirements

  1. Originality: The manuscript submitted must be original, has not been published before, and is not under review elsewhere. Authors must declare the originality of the manuscript during the submission process.

  2. Language: The manuscript must be written in English, ensuring clarity, coherence, and conciseness.

  3. Submission Format: The file must be in Microsoft Word (.docx) or Google Docs format.

  4. Title and Metadata: Author details such as name(s), affiliation(s), and email(s) must be completed in the metadata section on the OJS system and should not appear in the manuscript file for the sake of a double-blind review process.

Manuscript Preparation

Authors must ensure that the manuscript adheres to the following structure:

  1. Title

    • Should be clear and descriptive, consisting of 8–12 words.
    • Avoid articles such as “the,” “a,” or “an.”
    • The title must reflect the content and attract readers.
  2. Abstract

    • A concise summary of the research objective, methodology, results, discussion, and conclusion.
    • Must be written in 150–250 words and in one paragraph.
    • Avoid using references, figures, or tables.
  3. Keywords

    • Provide 3–5 relevant keywords reflecting the core topics of the manuscript.
  4. Introduction

    • Describe the research background, the state of the art, literature review, and research objectives.
    • Highlight the novelty of the research and its significance.
  5. Methods

    • Clearly describe the research design, methodology, procedures, and data analysis techniques to enable replication.
  6. Results and Discussion

    • Results: Present findings objectively using text, tables, and figures. Ensure tables and figures are clear, properly labeled, and included as supplementary files if necessary.
    • Discussion: Interpret the findings in light of previous studies, highlight contributions, address limitations, and propose implications.
  7. Conclusion

    • Summarize the main findings, implications, and potential for future research.
  8. Acknowledgments

    • Recognize funding sources, institutional support, and contributions from individuals not listed as authors.
  9. References

    • Use IEEE citation style. At least 80% of the references should be recent (published within the last 5 years).
    • Reference management tools such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote are recommended.

Submission Checklist

Before submitting, ensure that:

  1. The manuscript complies with the stated structure and guidelines.
  2. The file format is either Google Docs or Microsoft Word.
  3. The text follows the IEEE citation style.
  4. A double-blind review process is ensured by omitting author information from the manuscript file.
