Author Fee

Sundara Advanced Research on Artificial Intelligence (Sundara Journal) applies the following fee structure for submitted and published manuscripts:

  1. Article Submission Fee: $0.00 (USD)
    Authors are not required to pay any fees during the submission process.

  2. Article Processing Charges (APCs) / Article Publication Fee: $500.00 (USD)
    (Including PayPal processing fees of 8% of the total amount).

    The publication fee covers the following services:

    • Standard manuscript length of up to 15 pages. For every additional page, a fee of $10.00 (USD) per page will be charged.
    • DOI (Digital Object Identifier) registration for each paper.
    • Similarity checking using Turnitin. Authors can request the detailed similarity report.
    • Comprehensive layout editing to ensure the manuscript conforms to Sundara Journal's templates and standards.

Waiver Policy

Sundara Journal understands that some authors may face financial constraints. To support broader participation and inclusivity, we provide:

  1. Partial Waiver or Full Waiver of the publication fee for authors who:

    • Lack funding for their research.
    • Submit manuscripts with excessive length or require additional processing.

  2. Requesting a Waiver: Authors seeking a waiver must provide a clear explanation in the Comments to the Editor section during the submission process. Decisions regarding waivers will be made by the editorial board.
